Stains that cannot be removed
Unfortunately, there are some stains that will not come out or cannot be removed. These stains include, but are not limited to: any chemical or liquid spilled onto the carpet that discolors the carpet fibers, i.e., kool-aid, bleach, wood stains that can soak into your carpet from a new piece of furniture, and there are a couple of aerosol can carpet cleaners that may also have that "bleaching effect", discoloring your carpet as well. To this day, we have been able to remove almost any stain, with the exception of those mentioned above.
