| Our Current Pricing One Room Cleaned: Our minimum charge to come out and clean one room or area is $55, depending on the condition of your carpet. This minimum charge is based on travel to and from your business or residence, fuel used, chemical used and general wear and tear on our equipment. One Bedroom Apartment/Home: One bedroom apartments or homes are generally estimated between $70-$80, depending on the condition of your carpet and square footage. Two Bedroom Apartment/Town home Or Home: Two bedroom homes or apartments are generally $100-$110, depending on the above mentioned conditions. Three Bedroom Apartment/Town home Or Home: Three bedroom homes/units are estimated roughly between $125-$140, steps are $2.00 per step for 2 story homes. This estimate also depends on square footage and the condition of your carpet. Four-Five Bedroom Homes: Four and five bedroom homes are usually estimated from $155-$180, and includes any hallways, living room, dining room, carpeted closets or bathrooms. *All estimates mentioned are ROUGH estimates only. Your over the phone estimate may turn out to be more or even less than the original estimate or quote.
